Personal life Madonna
embarks on a world tour yet again, she spends most of the year with
rehearsals and being on the road. After the tour, she visits orphanages
in Malawi as part of the Raising Malawi project, eventually ending
up adopting a 1-year old boy, David. Madonna then promotes her new
